Punta Real Estate.com is marketed throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia and South America. Our company is co-owned by an American and an Uruguayan to give you the utmost experience and our firm has the reputation and experience to ensure that your property is marketed properly.
Each property on our website is personally inspected and only those properties that we deem are desireable make the cut. For the property owners that we feel meet our high standards, we offer two types of services. You may list your apartment on our website and if we provide you with a client lead that results in a booking you would pay us a referral fee.
For those property owners that don't live in Punta del Este or that do but do not want the hassles of managing their property, we offer a comprehensive property management service. We will list your property on our website and actively market your apartment. We will handle all aspects of the rental process from marketing, advertising, client referral and the check-in/check-out of the client. If you choose, we will also handle the payment process for you or you may have the client directly pay you if you have a Paypal.com account.
